What is your return policy?
RIGHT TO RETURN
You may return/exchange the purchased products within 28 days of receipt. All returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2 business days and sent with Swiss Post Priority service.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Why are items missing from my order?
Depending on order size and availability, your order may arrive in two separate packages. Please look out for an email from us updating you if this is the case for your order.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us at info@miaki.com or give us a call on +41 43 843 70 00 and we will gladly make any necessary changes.
How do I return items?
Returns or exchanges can be easily communicated via our portal www.miaki.com/returns. Purchased items can be returned/exchanged within 60 days of receipt.
Place the item you would like to return/exchange back into the original packaging, use the return label provided and bring your parcel to your nearest Post Office. As soon as we have received your return, the item will be refunded/exchanged.

The cost for returning merchandise is paid by the customer except for Swiss orders. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with a flat fee of 20CHF.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location, please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. For express shipping please contact us at info@miaki.com.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order on www.dhl.com.
Do I need to pay any additional costs?
We cover all import fees and custom duties, meaning that you will have no hidden additional costs when you receive your parcel.
